Yvonne Montgomery

Yvonne Montgomery 74 was born in Meana, Arkansas on June 17, 1936 to the home of Lige Bates and Gertrude Risenhoover Bates and passed away March 12, 2011 in Athens Texas. She enjoyed cooking for her family, baking, was an avid quilter and worked her booth at the flea market for many years. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 60 years Paul Montgomery, children Peggy Brady and her husband Bradley, Russell Montgomery and his wife Linda, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren numerous other family members and many friends. Grave funeral services were held Wednesday March 16, 2011 at Cedar Creek Memorial Park with Rev. Larry Dunn officiating, under the direction of Moorhead Epps Funeral Home in Gun Barrel City.
