Winston Howard Padgett

Winston Howard Padgett (78) of Kemp, Texas went home on January 6, 2017.  He was born February 14, 1938 in Dallas, Texas to the home of Julius & Inez Brewer Padgett.  Winston graduated from Adamson High School in Oak Cliff, Texas.  He has one brother Julius D. Padgett and a sister Sandra Carroll.  Winston has three children: Michael Padgett, Dale Wayne Padgett and Wendy Suzanne Bryant.  He was blessed to have 3 beautiful granddaughters: Morgan Bryant, MaKensey Bryant & Loren Bryant.

Winston lived in the Dallas area until the Cedar Creek Lake area won his heart in 1980.  He was a truck driver for 50 years for various companies.  In his down time he enjoyed staying in touch with his truck driver friends, playing dominos and loved having home cooked meals.

Winston has so many other family members and a host of friends that he greatly loved; he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Winston is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Julius D. Padgett and his sister Sandra Carroll.

David Robinson will officiate the memorial service for the Padgett family.
