Willena Nelson

Willena Ann Wilcox Nelson was born December 8th 1940 in Cisco, Texas to Willie B. Wilcox and Ovetta Inez Wood Wilcox both who preceded her in death. Willena suffered a fatal heart attack Thursday March 24th and passed into her Father's arms in Heaven on Thursday March 31st. at 6am. Left to cherish her memory are four Children, James Noel Nelson and wife Carol Nelson of Gun Barrel city, TX, Joel Ray Nelson, Bobby Gene Nelson, and Willena Renee Nelson Jennings and husband Michael Jennings all of Payne Springs, TX. six Grandchildren Latasha Baker and husband Jeremy Baker of Terrell, TX. James Nelson, JR. of GBC, TX, Tiffany Renee Recio, Jeremy Nelson, Lesley Davis, of Payne Springs, TX. Shanna Nelson, of Payne Springs, TX. , seven Great Grandchildren Kelli Thompson, Justin Nelson, Tyler Baker, Madison Baker, Kaelynn Recio, Kasidy Recio, and Brayden Hurler, two sisters, Linda Faye Wilcox Stephens of Payne Springs, TX, and Willie Jean Wilcox West of Wills Point, TX. numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncle, other family members and many, many friends. Funeral services were Saturday April 2, 2011 officiated by Bro. Charlie Woodard with burial in the Oakwood Cisco, Texas City Cemetery under the direction of Moorhead Epps Funeral Home.
