Vivian Alene Harris, 91, of Mabank was born on July 14, 1921 in Whitten, TX to the home of Jesse Odel Groom and Opal Verda Smith; passed away on January 10, 2013 in Mabank, TX. She was preceded in death by son Clifton Harris, Jr., brothers J.O. Groom, Kenneth Groom, and James Groom, and sister Marjorie Athey. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 49 years, Cliff Harris, son Ronald "Ron" Johnson and wife Gerri, sisters Joyce Shirley and Brenda Gilmer, 3 grandchildren Bobby Johnson, Russell Johnson and Pamela Spears, 4 great grandchildren Lauren Spears, Leah Spears, Kade Johnson, Parker Johnson and many other family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Moorhead Epps Memorial Chapel officiated by Rev. Brent Tucker. Burial will be at Haven of Memories in Canton, TX.
