Thomas Holder

Thomas Stone "Rocky" Holder, lifelong resident of Huffman, TX, was born on August 24, 1940 in Corpus Christi, TX to the home of Marx Holder, Sr. and Adeline Dolan Holder. He served in the Army a Sergeant in San Antonio, TX; in July 1958 in Colorado Springs, Co. and Augusta, GA in 1964. He was married to Anneliesa Brant Holder of Mabank, TX. After his discharge he worked as a welder and pipefitter. He passed away on April 19, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Anneliesa Holder of Mabank, TX, son Dean Manley Holder of Kenefick, TX, daughters, Liesa Ann Leach of Mansfield, TX and Christine Holder of Malakoff, TX, grandchildren Taylor Woolley of Mansfield, TX, Don Leach of Mansfield, TX, Chance Holder of Kenefick, TX, granddaughter Hailey Leach of Mansfield, TX, brother Marx Holder, Jr., of Florida, Dr. Richard Holder of Kentucky and sister Betty LaBlanc of Collage Station as well as many other family and friends.
Visitation will be 7-9pm Wednesday, April 23, 2014.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00AM Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Moorhead Epps Memorial Chapel in Gun Barrel City, TX
