Stacie Nicole Joiner

Stacie Nicole Joiner was born September 21, 2020, to Raymond Lee Joiner, Jr. and Tammy Jean Blankenship.  She received her angel wings and went home to be with the Lord on December 29, 2020, leaving our hearts broken and shattered.  We are comforted knowing she is resting in His arms.

She is survived by her mother Tammy Blankenship and father Raymond Joiner, Jr.; brothers Dalton Blankenship, Cody Turner, Waylon Blankenship, and Wyatt Blankenship; sister Kaitlynn Blankenship; great-grandmother Frances Watson; grandparents Raymond and Judy Joiner and Jerry and Patty Blankenship; honor grand-parents Raymond and Mary Wennerstrom; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.

Stacie is preceded in death by brothers Chuck William III and Justin Ray Joiner; grandparents Roy E. Turner and Brenda D. Turner; great-grandparents R. D. Joiner, Lucille Joiner, Troy D. Turner, Celina L. Turner, Ed and Pauline Tigue, Blackie Blankenship and Mildred Lokey; aunt Tina Joiner.

To Our Daughter

When we found out that you were coming into the world, we were scared.  But on September 21, 2020, at 8:00 A.M., when you were born, and we saw you, we immediately fell in love with our precious little angel, and the love we had for you grew even stronger each day.  The day you came home to meet the rest of the family and friends, they immediately fell in love with you.  There was no one that didn’t love you.  Your nickname was “Peanut” and “Lemon Baby.”  You were a happy little girl; you loved to lay in your bed and watch the lights and your butterfly that mommy and daddy put up for you.  You made noises when you watched them.  When I held you, you put a smile on my face.  You were our last chance to prove to the world we could do it.  But now you are with our Lord, so now take our hand and lead us the way.
