Sallie Ethel Kale

Sallie Ethel Hill Kale, 69, passed away on April 11, 2021.  She was born on September 13, 1951, in Dallas, Texas, to Henry Poulter and Emma Alline Hill.

Sallie met Ricky in 1979, and they were married for 41 years.  The most important thing to her was family.  She spent as much time as possible with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  She loved to paint, spend time in the garden and preparing home style meals.  She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to many.

She is preceded in death by her parents Henry Poulter Hill and Emma Alline Payne Hill; sister Emma McDaniel; and brother Henry Hill.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 41 years, Jack Richard “Ricky” Kale; children Sallie Seay, April Burns and husband Marshall, and Curtis D. Seay II and wife Vickie; grandchildren Tiffani Bayless, Brittany O’Sullivan, Brittany Truelove, Stuart Burns, Whitnei Seay, Hannah Seay, and Curtis D. Seay III;  great-grandchildren Dexter Pritchard, Blake O’Sullivan, and Xander Bayless; great-granddogs Shiner, Stella, and Blue; sisters Mary Carter, Maybell Holman and husband Bobby, and Ann Davidson; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
