Robin Hughey

Robin Leroy Hughey 87 was born in Oklahoma September 6, 1924 and passed away August 9, 2012 in Tyler, Texas. He is well known around the Cedar Creek Lake for the many boat docks and retaining walls that he built. Left to cherish his memory are his sons Roy Lynn Hughey and his wife Ina Mae, Jerry Byron Hughey and his wife Becky, Douglas Jay Hughey, sister Anna Belle Epperson and her husband Ray, Lucy Bell and her husband Jim, 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, numerous other family members, many friends and customers. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Oneta, his parents, and brothers Buddy, Pat, and Robert. Funeral services will be 2:00 P M Saturday August 11, 2012 in the Moorhead Epps Funeral home chapel in Gun Barrel City officiated by Rev. David Bell and Rev. Larry Page. Burial will follow in the Elm Grove cemetery in Mabank, TX.
