Robert Lee Boyd, Jr of Mabank, TX was born on August 3, 1959 to the home of Robert Lee Boyd, Sr and Laura Lee Perry Boyd; passed away on January 6, 2014. He is preceded in death by his father Robert Lee Boyd, Sr., stepfather Bob Russell, and son Thomas Lane Boyd. Left to cherish his memory are his mother Laura Russell, his wife Virginia Boyd, children Michael Jennings Boyd and Ashley Ann Shannon, brothers Thomas Lane Boyd, sisters Laurel Kay Hoff and Brenda Darlene Glisson, 6 grandchildren Savanna Jennings, Robert Shannon, Krista Shannon, Emma Mae Shannon, 6 step grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and other family an. d friends Visitation will be 6-8pm Thursday, January 9, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, January 10, 2014 officiated by Rev. Willie Max Perry at Moorhead Epps Memorial Chapel.
