Richard Pherigo

Richard "Rick" Brian Pherigo, 51, of Garland, TX was born on July 16, 1962 in Japan, to the home of Ronald G. Pherigo and Carole Sue Pherigo; passed away on January 14, 2014. He is preceded in death by Randall G. Pherigo. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Shirley Pherigo, children Kyle Aaron Pherigo, Roshelle Aaron Pherigo, Sherilyn May Aaron Pherigo, Jeremy Ludeman; mother, Sue Richardson, father Ronald G. Pherigo and wife Carolyn; brothers Jeffrey Pherigo, A½ brothers Michael Pherigo and Matthew Nachtsheim, A½ sister Jessica Pherigo, aunts Donna Kaye Stuber and her husband Rick, Anne Cason and her husband Ken, cousins Harold Johnson and his wife Jenny, Teresa Stribling and her husband George, Jeremy Johnson, Jon Scoggins and Mark Scoggins. Rick grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and was active in football, scouts, and wrestling. Rick enjoyed fishing and garage sales where he loved to deal. He was a generous person always willing to help others. He served with the Navy for 3 A½ years, serving on the USS Constellation and received the Navy Expeditionary Medal and Sea Service Deployment. Services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 21,2014 at Moorhead Epps Memorial Chapel officiated by Rev. Wayne Pitchford under the direction of Moorhead Epps Funeral Home.
