Reginald Marino

September 20, 1934 — February 26, 2010

John attended Nicholes County High School in Summerville, West Virginia. He was drafted into the Army when he was Twenty years old and retired from military March 30, 1978 after 24 years of service to his country. He served over-seas tours of duty in Thule-Greenland, The Republic Of Vietman, Korea, and two tours in Germany. He was a member of the Veteran Of Foreign War (VFW) Post 3905 in Kaufman, where he served as Post Commander and District Commander. John and Christina Theresa Taglia, his first wife was married for 27 years and together they had five children. Tina was a loving wife wonderful mother and friend; she passed away November 11, 1985. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Barbara Nell Marino, a long time friend who he married November 4, 1995. Barbara was beside him every step of the way through all their life experiences and joys. His loving children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family and friends are left to celebrate his memory. John and Barbara attended Harbor Baptist Church of Payne Springs, where he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He was a caring man who will be missed by all who knew him as a husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend.
