Raymond Lynn Stewart, Jr. "Ray Jr" aka "Little Booger," at 29 years of age, went to be with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on the morning of June 15, 2022, around 5:15 a.m. in a fatal car accident in Chatfield, Texas, Navarro County, off of FM 85. Raymond was a joyful, giving, caring, and loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. Raymond imprinted every life that he ever encountered.
Raymond Stewart, Jr. was born in Mesquite, Texas, Dallas County, at Mesquite Community Hospital at 8:39 a.m. on February 2, 1993. He was the second child and first son of Candace Maye Byers and Raymond Lynn Stewart Sr.
Raymond was a Metal Fabricator and a Master Fence Erector; he loved his work. He took pride in his work and had high standards for a quality finished job. He was a very loyal, hard-working young man who loved to work with his hands. Raymond was a rare individual with a supernatural intelligence. Raymond enjoyed music, fishing, hunting, all outdoor activities, and respectfully loved wildlife and all nature.
Raymond is survived by his loving mother Candace Maye Byers; sister Misti Raye Stewart Perez, her children and his nieces Rayeleigh Perez, Lynna Perez, and Ava Perez; sister Valeria Brentni Watford; Papa Tommy and Idalia Byers; Grandma Margaret Stewart, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, grandpa Halbert Stewart Jr., grandma Valeria Gipson Byers, dad Raymond Stewart Sr., and precious brother Dakota Ray Stewart. Raymond will be dearly missed by all his loved ones.
