Ralph Michael Gigowski

Ralph Michael Gigowski of Mabank, Texas entered into eternal rest on October 19, 2017.  He was born May 14, 1920 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Edward Michael & Angeline Gigowski.  He grew up in a loving home with a wonderful sister Virginia Katkowski and many other relatives.

Ralph worked for Armstrong Tire Company for many years.  He married Arlyn Gigowski in 1945 and together they had a beautiful daughter Linda Gigowski Willis and 3 handsome sons; Rick Gigowski & his wife Janet, David Gigowski & his wife Bernita and Robert Gigowski & His wife Glenda.  Ralph enjoyed spending time with his very large family; he had 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.  In Ralph’s spare time he enjoyed being outside, fishing and boating.  He was an extraordinary artist and loved giving pictures to his family.  But mostly, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  He was a loving son, brother, uncle, dad, grandfather and a dear friend to many. Ralph will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Ralph is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Arlyn Gigowski, a daughter in law Linda Gigowski and his sister Virginia Katkowski.

Rev. Berry Boatright with Christian Life Church in Gun Barrel City, Texas will be officiating for the Gigowski family.
