Mary Belle Hancock, 73, passed away on December 18, 2020. She was born on July 7, 1947, in Canyon, Texas, to Ike Joe and Robbie Tow.
Mary was a very sweet lady and was so full of life. She enjoyed fishing in her spare time. She had a love for German Shepard puppies and always had one. With her goats and chickens, she was a country girl thru and thru. She loved her husband, Royal, also known as “Happy” or “Hap,” her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Mary had an unconditional love for God. She was loved by everyone that knew her, and she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Royal Hancock, Jr.; children Robbie Preciado, Lisa Rojas, Chano Preciado, Leighann Pena and husband Joey, and Kathryn Holman and husband Rafael, Blaine Hancock, Roy Stringer, Eli Hancock; 24 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; brothers IJ Tow and wife Ann, and Frank Tow and wife Betty; sisters Shirley Moore and Sybil Wood; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mary is preceded in death by sons Aaron Magrill and Bryan Holman; her parents; brothers Bob Tow and Max Tow; sisters Jean Campsey, Ruth Elizabeth Tow, Patsey Boyles; mother-in-law Lucy Hancock, and brother-in-law Ardon Wood.
Pastor John Kling, with Zion Hill Assembly in Athens, Texas, will officiate for the Hancock family.
Pallbearers are Clifton Lowe, David Voyles, Joe Voyles, and Rafael Alcala.
