Lee Edwin Parnell

Lee Edwin Parnell, 61, of Mabank, Texas passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017. He was born on November 20, 1956 in Stephenville, Texas to the home of late Billy Wayne & Learlene Parnell. Lee graduated from Athens High School in 1975. He was a certified machinist and welder. Throughout his life he was a free spirit who loved riding motorcycles, camping, fishing, and woodworking.
He was blessed with 4 children, Stephanie Parnell, Ivan Parnell, Leslie Thompson, and Nacole Thompson.
He is also survived by his brother Terri (Tonja) Parnell. Lee enjoyed spending time with his grandson Brayden Allen Fidler and nephews, Robert, Cody and Kevin Parnell. Lee was a loving son, brother, uncle, grandfather and a dear friend to many. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Pastor Johnny Morgan with the New Hope Ministries in Log Cabin, Texas will be officiating for the Parnell family.
