Larry Dennis Harrison

Larry Dennis Harrison, 77, of Gun Barrell City, TX passed away on April 12, 2025, in Corsicana, TX. Larry was born on January 12, 1948, to parents, Dennis and Juanita Harrison in Paragould, AR. He graduated in Arkansas and joined the military shortly thereafter. Larry served 22 in the Navy; starting in California and moving through Louisiana, South Carolina, Connecticut and ending in Kingsville, TX. Along the way he married Susan Harrison, and they spent 51 loving years together. After retiring from the military, he operated his own Commercial Transport company for 10 years, before retiring a last time and choosing to stay with Susan. Larry was an outdoors man and enjoyed fishing, camping and hiking. He was a beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather. His parents preceded him death. Those left to cherish his memory are wife Susan, daughter Lisa Kay Harris and husband Claude Dalmeida, grandchildren: Stephanie, Stephen, Julian, William, Kenny, C. J., Jacob, Nevah and Danile; many siblings, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
