Larry Paul Elliott, 68, was born on April 4, 1944 in Dallas, TX to the home of James Benford Elliott, Sr. and Evelyn Lorraine Putnam; passed away on January 4, 2013 in Mabank, TX. Larry served in the Coast Guard for 6 years and was on the Dallas Police Department in the Inpound Lot for 17 years. He was preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory are his brother Jimmy Elliott and Sally Renea Elliott.
