Kolsen Douglas Kemp

Kolsen Douglas Kemp passed away on October 17, 2019.  He was born in Athens, Texas, to Mason Douglas Kemp and Kaylee Marie Saldana.

He is survived by his PowPow Aaron Saldana, GiGi Melissa Saldana, MeMe Tamara Latham, Pappy Richard Hall, MiMi Shannon Hall, PawPaw Doug Kemp, and G’Ma Angie Kemp; aunts Alyssa Saldana, Breeland Hall, Allie Hall, Maci Urteaga and Avery Kemp; uncles Mathew Saldana and Konner Kemp; and many more great-grandparents, aunts and uncles.

Kolsen is preceded in death by great-grandparents PawPaw Terry Latham, Pappy Moe Saldana, John Reil, Luther Southard, Kenning Casey, Ron Hall, and Cathy Southard.

To our son:

May 17th 2019, was the day we announced to the world that we were      expecting our perfect little gift from God. We were the proudest parents in the world. As the weeks went on you continued to grow and grow. Your   favorite things to do were sucking your thumb, grabbing your tiny feet and kicking mommy. On June 8, 2019, we found out that we were having a BOY! A precious boy named Kolsen. July 17th, we found out the news; the news that our boy was different. God knew that you, Kolsen, were perfect for us! Daddy and mommy loved you no matter the outcome. YOU WERE OURS! OUR WARRIOR!  Kolsen was born on 10/17/19; born sleeping, immediately in the arms of Jesus. Our perfect miracle! Our testimony to the world of love and faith. Although God’s plans were different than ours, we trust that God knows best. We look forward to the day we get to spend eternity in Heaven with you our precious Kolsen Douglas Kemp.
