Kenneth Wayne Reynolds, 77, passed away on February 13, 2022. He was born on December 23, 1944, in Waco, Texas, to parents R. J. Reynolds and Zorah Estel Keys Reynolds.
His hobbies included racing, collecting knives, looking for arrowheads and Indian items, and growing a garden. He enjoyed fishing with his family and watching old westerns. He always wanted to eat spaghetti, and now no one wants to eat spaghetti anymore. He loved his family, especially his grandkids and great-grandkids, and his dog, Honey. Kenneth was always there to help anyone in need. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Carolyn Reynolds; sons Kenneth Reynolds, Jr. and Danny Burnette; daughter Terrie Merrifield; grandchildren Candace Ward, Lacie Wagner, Angela Merrifield, Leslie Merrifield, Lindsi Reynolds, Kenneth Reynolds III, and Meiling Reynolds; great-grandchildren James Coker, Brandon Coker, Hannah Wilson, Makayla Merrifield, Rylan Merrifield, Hunter Merrifield, and Kynzlee King; brothers Clarance Reynolds, Edward Reynolds and wife Amanda McBride, and Tommy Reynolds and wife Tammy; sisters Mary Reed and husband George, and Linda Burgins; and many nieces and nephews.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his mother, Zoral Estel Reynolds, father, R. J. Reynolds, brothers Jimmy Reynolds, R. J. Reynolds, Jr., and Charles Coker; sister Patsy Reynolds.
Jonathan Lilley, Chaplain, Caring Hearts Hospice, will officiate for the Reynolds family.
Pallbearers are Johnathan Jaramillo, Joshua Reynolds, Jacob Reynolds, James Coker, Brandon Coker, and Bradley Reynolds.
