James Alan Green

James “Jimmy” Alan Green, age 69, of Mabank, TX entered into his heavenly home on May 27, 2020 with his sister by his side.

Jimmy was born on March 22, 1951 to James and Cleo Green. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin in 1973 with a B.B.A. He fully enjoyed his careers in banking, teaching and sales. Jimmy had a love of baseball, playing the guitar and talking politics to anyone willing to listen.

He is survived by his son Adam Green and wife Kim of Denton, TX, grandson Jack and granddaughters Claire and Sophia; sister Kay Reid and husband Doug of Waxahachie, TX, nieces Brittany, Bridget and Brook. He was preceded in death by his twin daughters Sarah and Rebekah Green and his parents James and Cleo Green.

He was a teacher to hundreds, a mentor to many, and a friend to all. He will be truly missed.
