a�� James Lawrence Moser 85, of Trinidad, TX was born October 23, 1929 to the home of Charlie Moser and Ethel Annie Moser and passed away May 12, 2015 in Athens, TX. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving his country as a Private First Class Medic, and received the Korean War Service medal with a bronze star, and the United Nations Medal. His family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff for the kind and compassionate care that he received at the Cedar Creek Nursing Home where he was a resident for eight years. Lawrence is survived by his wife of 30 years Shirley Moser, children Vernon Bolin and his wife Nelda Trinidad, Mary Bolin and her husband Charles Williams, Clyde B. Bolin and wife Gail Bolin, Sheila Browning and her husband Andy Browning. Brother Joe Moser, sister Charlene Neighbors, five grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, nephews David Neighbors, Steve Neighbors, Paul Neighbors, numerous other family members and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Ethel Moser, sister Laurie Ann and life long friend Tall Boy. A visitation will be 5:00 until 7:00 PM Thursday May 14, 2015, funeral services will be held 11:00 am Friday May 15, 2015 at Moorhead Epps Funeral Home in Gun Barrel City. Burial will be at the Trinidad City Cemetery in Trinidad, TX.
