Gregory Romano, Jr.

March 16, 1967 — September 18, 2021

Gregory Romano Jr., 54, entered into eternal rest on September 18, 2021. He was born in Flushing, NY, on March 16, 1967, to Gregory and Martha Romano.  ”Gregooch” to family and Pickle to friends, he is survived by his wife, Pamela Romano; son Nicholas Romano and daughter Brittany Gomez and husband Edgar; stepson Zach Gutierrez; dad Gregory Romano; his cherished grandchildren, Carena Romano, Vincent Chapman, Scarlett Chapman, and Olivia Gomez; his brother Lorenzo Romano; sister Gina Beasley and husband Will; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Greg is preceded in death by his mom, Martha Romano.

Our beloved Greg was an amazing husband, son, brother, uncle, dad, gruncle (Great Uncle), grandpa, friend, and TD Partner. For those who knew Greg, they could catch him on his motorcycle. He loved to ride his motorcycle on long road trips or just short lunch trips. Riding for charity became his passion; he never missed a ride! Greg was a shark at Texas Hold ‘ Em, Fantasy Football, watching his beloved NY Giants play, but the most important thing to him was family. He coached his kids in soccer for eight years and was always riding bikes with them.  His love was apparent to all by his laughter and endless support.

For 24 years, Greg worked for TD Industries and was an example of the servant/leadership philosophy. Greg was a role model to those who worked with him, and he mentored others to attain success. His softball family, Purple Haze, was a family that he shares so many incredible memories with.

Some of our favorite quotes from Greg are,

“How You Doin?”  - If you knew Greg, this is how he greeted you.

“I’m The King of The Pool.”, You can hear this at our family get-togethers.

“My Favorite Niece, Lexi.” Greg would say this to any of his nieces that were around.

Greg was a born-again Christian who is now looking over his family and friends with pride. He lived a life full of laughter, love, and family. In an Italian family, numbers are on your side, and for Greg, he is left with a family who will continue his legacy.
