Funeral services for Glen Michael Felts, age 73, of Tool, Texas will be held at 10:00A.M. on Friday July 21, 2023, at Moorhead Funeral Home in Gun Barrel City, Texas with Paster Larry Middleton, Sr. officiating. Pallbearers will be Tony Harrison, Keith Crowsey, Mike Weir, DG Crowsey, Seth Middleton, Brandon Crowsey, and Jacob Middleton. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 20, 2023, from 6-8P.M. at Moorhead Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at Providence Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, Texas immediately following the funeral on Friday.

Mr. Felts passed away at his home in Tool, Texas surrounded by his family. He was born on May 7, 1950, in Dallas, Texas to Edward Felts and Wanda Henderson (Chasteen). He married Marylee Felts (Redmon) on April 7, 2001, in Tool, Texas. His favorite hobbies were being a storyteller and making people laugh, drag racing, and blade smithing.

He is survived by his wife Marylee Felts of Tool, Texas; son George Middleton and wife Christine of Murchison, Texas; daughter, Angela Crowsey and husband Keith of Tool, Texas; daughter, Jaree Weir and husband Mike of Trinidad, Texas; grandson, Donnie “DG” Crowsey of Tool, Texas; grandson, Brandon Crowsey and wife Courtney of Gun Barrel City, Texas; grandson, Seth Middleton and wife Greis of Canton, Texas; granddaughter, Haven Dossey of Murchison, Texas; granddaughter, Rebecca Middleton of Tyler, Texas; grandson, Jacob Middleton of Murchison, Texas; granddaughter (in love), Jessica Hinkle of Gun Barrel City, Texas; 3 great-granddaughters, Kynslee, Addilynn, Brenleigh; sister, Louise Brown of Azle, Texas; brother, Henry Felts of Malakoff, Texas; sister, Maylene Brooks and husband Joe of Murchison, Texas; as well as numerous nephews and nieces.

He is preceded in death by his first wife Brenda Felts of Eustace, Texas; mother, Wanda Henderson of Gun Barrel City, Texas; father, Edward Felts of Cleburne, Texas; brother, Melvin “Sonny” Felts of Eustace, Texas; and sister, Rita Fowler of Payne Springs, Texas.
