Emogene Spencer

Emogene Spencer, 82 was born January 27, 1929 in Otto, Texas to the home of Oscar Shaw and Bernice Busby Shaw, went to be with her heavenly home Monday March 8, 2010. Mrs. Spencer was a life long resident of Hartford, but resided in Gun Barrel City, Texas with her daughter and son in law Billie and Ronnie Munday.
She was preceded in death by her husband Elbrey Anthony "Tony" Spencer and two children Rex Spencer, Johnny Spencer, all of Hartford, Arkansas and her parents.
Left to cherish her memory are two sons David Spencer of Murfreesboro, TN., Richard Spencer of Paris, AR., three daughters Billie Munday of Gun Barrel City, TX., Bernice Helker of Paris, AR., Linda Spencer of Muldrow, OK. 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, numerous other family members and many friends.
Graveside services will be Sunday March 14, 2010 at 1:30 PM at the Hartford Cemetery, officiated by Brother Richey Brasfield. Friends and family are invited to attend the service. The family requests that all cards and flowers be sent to Dunn's Flowers & Gifts in Greenwood, AR.
