Edee Wolfenberger was born Edith May Saunders, on May 8, 1935 in Boston, Massachusetts. In her early teens, she moved to Bakersfield with her parents, where she met and married the father of her four children, Phillip Wolfenberger. She lived in Sothern California for many years before relocating to Flagstaff, Arizona. Edee loved the seasons she experienced in Flagstaff, along with the nature. Her independent spirit took her out on the road where she experienced the joy of meeting new people and seeing new locations. She was fortunate to spend time in several areas of Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma and more. Edee loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter Cassey, Cassey's husband Ryan and their family, which included Edee's great grandchildren Samantha and Ben a" which is why Edee settled in Eastern Texas. While she didn't get to see them often, Edee looked forward to the phone calls from her grandsons Chris and Dustin. Her dear friends Anna and Eddie, Al and Dee, Ivan, and Craig were a special part in her life. They met regularly for Sabbath Bible Study and shared a mutual love of their Heavenly Father. The independent spirit that Edee exuded is what brings all of us together todaya" to celebrate her life and to give her over to the Spirit of the Lord, she so deeply worshipped. Edee is survived by son Allan Robert Wolfenberger; her daughters Cynthia Martinez, Cheryl Boldig, and Cathryn Choate; her grandchildren Christopher Boldig, Dustin Abell, and Cassey Stephens, and her great grandchildren Samantha and Benjamin Stephens.
