Donald Clyde "DC" Penix

Donald Clyde Penix also known as “DC” of Kemp, Texas entered into eternal rest on May 14, 2017. He was born September 5, 1961 in Dallas, Texas to the home of Jesse Neal & Mary Kathrine Kennedy Penix. He had three brothers; Jesse Ervin, Gene & Mathew and four sisters; Patricia, Kathy, Betty & Barbara.
DC attended school in Kemp, Texas. When it comes to work, DC was one of those “jack of all trades”. He was blessed with four children to love; Joshua, Billy, Kevin and Jeanie. Spending time with his grandchildren; Brandy, Bryan, Courtney, Kristian, Payton, Presley & Rayanna always brightens his days. He was in a relationship with Stacy Guthrie since 2013.
In DC’s spare time he enjoyed working on old cars, his naps, listening to old country music, riding motorcycles, fishing with family, but mostly he cherished spending time with his beloved family and friends.
DC has many other family members and a host of friends who loved him; he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Donald is preceded in death by his parents, a sister Kathy and his brother-in-law Jerry.
Rev. Emma Dixson with Family Faith Church of Eustace, Texas will be officiating for the Penix family.
