Destiny Morgan Grumbles, 25, passed away on June 17, 2021. She was born on July 2, 1995, in Athens, Texas, to parents Ronny Joe Autrey and Tonya Lynn Turner Autrey.
Destiny was a lifelong resident of the Cedar Creek Lake area and was a 2013 Mabank High School graduate. She was a stay-at-home mom to her two boys, Codi and Koda, who she loved with her whole heart. She loved playing games and watching cartoons with them. She had always been a quiet individual until marrying the love of her life, Andrew, in 2016, and she then began coming out of her shell. She was very close to her mother, Tonya, and talked to her daily and would likely call her a best friend. Destiny was a jokester, and she enjoyed family gatherings and being with all of her loved ones. She had recently begun dabbling in baking and had plans to further her baking skills. She also loved spending her spare time watching Sci-Fi movies with her husband. Destiny was loved by so many and will be missed dearly.
She is survived by her parents; husband Andrew Grumbles; children Codi James Grumbles and Koda Lee Grumbles; brothers Jared Joe Autrey and wife Chelsea and Dawlton Lee Autrey; sisters Brandi Cherice Butts and husband Chris.
Pastor Brian McWhorter with Wildwood Baptist Church in Mabank, Texas, will officiate for the Grumbles family.
