Danny Joe Adams, 66, passed away on September 22, 2021. He was born on April 18, 1955, in Dallas, Texas, to parents Johnnie Ray Adams and Rosemary Martin Adams.
Danny owned Kaufman Overhead Door for the past 40 years. Danny was baptized in 1987. He was a member of Lively Baptist Church in Kemp, Texas, where he served as a Trustee, Deacon, and Sunday school teacher. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, cooking, traveling on vacations spending time with family. Danny will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Teresa Louise Adams; son Kevin Adams; daughter Kristi Mitchell and husband Johnathan; grandchildren Brittany Adams and Peighton Mitchell; brother David Adams and wife Nancy; sister Rebecca Tudor and husband David; sister-in-laws Sue Foisey and husband Keith, and Patricia DeBorde; nephews Chris Foisey, Shawn Foisey, Rory Chambers, David Adams II, Johnathan Tudor, and Stephen Tudor; nieces Shelly Maher, Lori Kibler, Kandice Adams, and Amanda Craker.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son Michael Adams.
Pastor Billy Smith with Lively Baptist Church in Kemp, Texas, will officiate for the Adams family.
Pallbearers are Johnathan Tudor, Stephen Tudor, David Adams II, Rory Chambers, Chris Foisey, and Shawn Foisey.
