Clementine Hazel Browning was born to Lucy and James Bryant on November 14, 1935, in Dallas, Texas.
She was the youngest of twelve children, wife for over forty years, mother and stepmother to nine children, grandmother and great grandmother to numerous young men and women, and Aunt Tine to all of her nieces and nephews.
Clementine, Hazel, Tine or Nanny was well known for her sassy attitude, prissy walk, and stylish clothing. She loved sunbathing, sitting on the beach, traveling and hosting family gatherings with good food, lots of laughs and hours of guitar picking. This gorgeous red head couldn't hear music without dancing and singing. She was even known for kicking her shoes off and dancing on the hood of cars at family reunions.
Clementine adored her family and friends, and we adored her. She made sure we knew she loved us by welcoming us with open arms, kissing us “on the lips”, and giving us nick names like “poopy”, “boomer”, or “ring tail tooter”. She lived life to the fullest, and she loved her family mightily!
God called this little red headed angel home to join her parents, husbands, siblings, son, grandson, granddaughter, great-grandson, and nieces and nephews that went before her on February 11, 2022, in Kaufman, Texas.
We will miss her terribly, but we can only be happy for her! She's with her mom and dad again! She is with her son and grandchildren again! She's with her husband again! She is with the Lord!
“Oh, My Darling Clementine” this isn't goodbye; It's until we see you again……………………
