Carl Neugin

Carl Lee "The Chief" Neugin 75 of Gun Barrel City was born September 27, 1937 to the home of Edward Neugin and Izola Richardson Neugin passed away November 6, 2012 at his home. Left to cherish his memory are his children Patricia Saxon and her husband Jackie, Patsy Ann Jordan and her husband Glen, Carla Newton and her husband Larry, James Carl Neugin and his wife Krystal, Carol Lynn Drummon and her husband Jason, brothers Hurbert Neugin, Dean Neugin, Billy Neugin, sister Maxine Sorrels, ex-wife Arlene Dowdy, 20 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, numerous other family members and many friends. He was preceded in death byhis parents, sons Calvin Eugene Neugin, Author Lee Neugin, ex-wife Debbie Neugin.
