Bryan Antony (Rodgers) Emmons, 43, died unexpectedly and tragically at 6:44 a.m. on Sunday, November 26, 2017, after being attacked in his home in Payne Springs.
Bryan was born May 30, 1974, in Dallas, Texas, and was adopted the next day by Jeff Emmons. Bryan worked in construction and was very good with his hands – only losing half an index finger to a table saw. He was a simple man and a rebel, and he lived life to its fullest. Bryan will be missed by all who knew and loved him, and if you knew him, you loved him.
Survivors include son, Brandon Davis, daughter, Emma Allen, brothers Michael Smith and Mario Hernandez, sisters Rebecca Neuhaeuser, Caron Scarborough Davis, Connie Emmons St. John, Brenda Emmons Burns, Jennifer Emmons Johnson, and Heather Emmons, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his daddy, Jeff Emmons, biological mother, Kathleen Sims, grandparents, Buddy and Marie Davlin Moore, aunt, Jeanette Rodgers, and uncle, Billy Dutton.
