Brenda Ruth Nix

Brenda Ruth Nix was born in Edgewood, TX, on September 15, 1947, and passed away in Tyler, TX, on June 1, 2020.

Brenda was a loving wife, mother, & grammie. She was a member of the VFW Post 4376 and spent a lot of years bowling on leagues with her sister Reba Blaylock. She also loved playing Words with Friends and talking to all her family and friends.  Brenda will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father John Bass; mother Dorothy Coursey; brothers Fayne Bass and Jay Bass; and great-grandson Jason Garner. She is survived by her husband of 51 years Edwin Junior Nix; her daughter Tammy Jenkins of Kemp; son Keith Nix of Kemp; daughter Keisha Farnham and husband Chad of Kemp; grandchildren Brent Molina and wife Jessica, Daniel Molina, Troy Morton, Cammie Morton, Samantha Nix, Adam Acosta, Korey Nix, Breanna Shoecraft, Jalene Shoecraft, Chloe Shoecraft, Remi Farnham, and Gage Farnham; great-grandchildren Travis Molina, Emily Morton, Kallie Tribble, Brantley Strong, Rebecca Molina, Kai Nix & Julian Molina.
