Billy Jack Williams

Billy Jack Williams was born to Delbert and Elva (Copeland) Williams on July 13, 1945, in Hearne, TX.  Jack passed away on April 20, 2023, in Tyler, Texas. 

Billy was a veteran who served in the United States Navy. He was a U.S. Navy retiree where he achieved the rank of Petty Officer 1. He served as a sound surveillance system (sonar) operator and as an instructor for those systems. When he wasn’t working, Billy liked to go fishing, and loved gardening. He enjoyed growing his own vegetables. Billy's greatest joys in life were his grandchildren whom he loved and adored.
