Billy Gene "Pop" McWhorter, 84, of Eustace TX, was born on June 11, 1929 in Hinton, OK to the home of W.H. McWhorter and Minnie Pauline Pirkle McWhorter and passed away on March 15, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, daughters Susie Gorman and Kathy Tomminnelo, brothers Cecil McWhorter, Weldon "T-Bone"McWhorter , Truman McWhorter, and Richard McWhorter. Left to cherish his memory are his children Michael McWhorter, and his wife Sandra, sister Nina Williams, 7 grandchildren Crysta Hanks, Charlie Taylor, Bobby Taylor, Bobby Brand, Tracie Johnson, Stephen Tomminelo and Rudy Tomminelo, and one great grandchild and many other family and friends.
