Betty Joan Painter

Betty Joan Painter, 82, passed away on September 11, 2022.  She was born on February 20, 1940, in Williamsport, Indiana, to parents Roland Brooks and Mary Kokenberg Brooks.

Betty was dearly loved by her family.  She will never be forgotten by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 55 years, Charles Richard Painter; daughter Connie Smith; brothers Jake Brooks, Beak Brooks, and Randy Brooks; sisters Sandy Booe and Sharon Long.

Betty is survived by children Charles “Chod” Painter and wife Bonnie, Mike Painter and wife Rose, Terry Painter, Kim Rhone and husband Rick, Steven “Beaver” Painter and wife Amy, and John Painter; sisters Delores, Helen, Alice, and Shirley, all of Indiana; and 70 grandchildren.

Blake Clickner with Community Life Church will officiate for the Painter family.

Pallbearers are Adam Painter, Sebastian Painter, Caleb Painter, Donovan Painter, Brandon Wakeman, Jonathon Tucker, Aiden Stewart, and Jordon Guill.
