Betty Beck

Betty was born November 3, 1930 in Checotah, Oklahoma and died March 20, 2009 in Mabank. She lived in Payne Springs the last 40 years of her life. Betty and Harold retired as co-owners of Baywood Self Storage and Boat Stalls. She was a member of Mabank Church Of Christ. She was preceded in death by her father Roy Pierce in 1978, her mother Florence in 1999. Survivors include her high school sweetheart and husband Harold of 59 years; son Robert and daughter-in-law Maxine of Lake Arrowhead, CA., David and daughter-in-law Sherry of Mabank; Patrick and daughter-in-law Kelly of Payne Springs: 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, sisters; Bobbie Ruth Duffield of Jefferson, TX. and Jean Rocovtis of Lake Havasu, AZ., brothers; Roy Junior Pierce of Phelan, CA., and Donald Pierce of Gun Barrel City, numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
