Anneliesa Holder

Anneliesa Holder, 82, passed away on October 19, 2022.  She was born on June 29, 1940, in Amberg, Germany, to parents John and Martha Brant.

She came to the United States on a boat from Germany at the age of 14.  She later became a US citizen.  Over the years, Anneliesa worked various jobs outside the home, but she was mainly a homemaker caring for the family.  She was very talented and creative.  She was an excellent seamstress and made many doll clothes.  In addition, she enjoyed crocheting and making numerous baby blankets over the years.  No matter what was going on around her, she kept right on crocheting and never missed a stitch.

Anneliesa is survived by her children Christine Holder and wife Lanette Ainsworth, Dean Holder and wife Tammy, and Liesa Leach and husband Don; grandchildren Chance Holder, Hailey Leach, Don Leach, Jr., and Taylor Woolley; sisters Judi Miller and Janet Connell.

She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Holder, parents John and Martha Brant, and brother Reinhold Brant.
